1. Shipping Rates

Free shipping within the United States.

For international orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply when your package arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

We currently cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Please provide a valid physical address when placing your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that customized wigs, special colors, or other made-to-order products may require additional processing time.

4. Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes approximately 4–5 business days.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided with your order. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your shipment.
