About Our Human Hair Wigs

1. What are human hair wigs?

Human hair wigs are made from 100% real human hair, providing a natural look, feel, and movement. Unlike synthetic wigs, human hair wigs can be styled and maintained similarly to your own hair.

2. What is the standard wig density?

The standard density of our wigs is 160%, which provides a natural yet full appearance and is suitable for everyday wear.

If you prefer a fuller look, we can also produce 180% or 200% density upon request.

Since higher-density wigs may require additional production time, please leave us a message or contact us at service@millionwig.com before placing your order, and we will confirm the availability, price, and estimated production time for you.

3. What is HD lace?

HD lace is a thin, lightweight lace designed to blend more naturally with the scalp and create a more seamless hairline.

Because HD lace is delicate, it should be handled carefully during installation, styling, and removal.

4. What is a glueless wig?

A glueless wig is designed to be worn without applying adhesive to secure the wig.

Depending on the design, the wig may include adjustable straps, combs, an elastic band, or other features to help secure it comfortably.

5. How do I know what wig size to choose?

We recommend measuring your head circumference before placing an order.

MILLIONWIG currently offers the following standard cap sizes:

  • Small: 21.5 inches

  • Medium: 22.5 inches

  • Large: 23.5 inches

6. What is a 13x6 lace front wig?

A 13x6 lace front wig has approximately 13 inches of lace across the front hairline and approximately 6 inches of lace from front to back.

This larger lace area provides more space for parting and styling compared with smaller lace configurations.

Payment

7. How can I pay for my order?

We currently accept:

  • Credit cards

  • Debit cards

  • PayPal

Payment must be completed in full when placing your order.

8. Do you offer installment payments?

At this time, we do not offer installment payment options. Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

Orders & Cancellations

9. Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@millionwig.com.

Because some orders may enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has started.

10. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please contact us as soon as possible at service@millionwig.com if you need to cancel your order.

Shipping

11. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all wig orders.

We primarily use DHL and FedEx for international shipments.

12. When will my order be shipped?

Most in-stock wigs can usually be shipped within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom-made, colored, or specially requested wigs may require additional processing time.

If your order requires additional production time, we will inform you accordingly.

13. How long does delivery take?

After your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on your destination and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to destination, customs clearance, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

14. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer worldwide shipping for our wigs.

All wig orders include free shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

15. Can I use a P.O. Box or military address?

DHL and FedEx generally cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or certain military addresses such as APO/FPO addresses.

Please provide a valid physical delivery address when placing your order.

16. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

You can use the tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

17. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your MILLIONWIG purchase.

Eligible wigs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided that the wig:

  • May be tried on, but must remain in its original condition
  • Has not been installed with glue or adhesive
  • The HD lace has not been cut
  • Has not been washed
  • Has not been trimmed or altered in any way
  • Has not been dyed, permed, curled, straightened, or chemically treated
  • The original product tags have not been removed or cut
  • Is returned in its original packaging box

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

18. How do I request a return or exchange?

Please email service@millionwig.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The reason for your return or exchange

  3. Clear photos of the item

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the next steps.

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Custom Wigs

19. Do you offer custom-made wigs?

Yes. We may offer custom-made wigs depending on your requested specifications.

Customization may include options such as:

  • Cap size

  • Hair length

  • Hair density

  • Lace type

  • Hair color

  • Hair texture

  • Other special requirements

Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability, pricing, and estimated production time.

Styling & Wig Care

20. Can I dye, curl, or straighten my human hair wig?

Yes. Human hair wigs can be cut, curled, straightened, and professionally colored.

For heat styling, we recommend using a heat protectant and keeping the temperature at or below 220°C / 428°F.

Frequent high-heat styling, bleaching, or chemical processing may shorten the lifespan of the hair.

For major color changes, bleaching, perming, or other chemical treatments, we strongly recommend consulting a professional stylist.

21. How should I care for my human hair wig?

Proper care can help maintain the quality and extend the lifespan of your wig.

We recommend:

  • Gently detangling the hair with a wide-tooth comb

  • Starting from the ends and working upward

  • Using products suitable for human hair

  • Avoiding excessive heat and chemical processing

  • Allowing the hair to dry naturally whenever possible

  • Storing the wig properly on a wig stand or in a suitable storage bag when not in use

22. How long does a human hair wig last?

With proper care, a high-quality human hair wig can last 1–2 years or longer.

The actual lifespan depends on how frequently the wig is worn, how it is maintained, and how often it is exposed to heat styling, coloring, bleaching, or other chemical treatments.

23. Can I wear my wig while swimming or exercising?

We do not recommend swimming while wearing your human hair wig.

Chlorine, salt water, excessive moisture, sweat, and prolonged exposure to heat can affect both the hair and the lace.

For activities that cause heavy sweating, we recommend removing the wig whenever possible and allowing it to dry and air out properly afterward.
