HAZEL is not an ordinary wavy wig. Its signature look comes from a unique Permanent Dual-Direction Wave, where neighboring sections of hair are curled in opposite directions and naturally woven together to create movement, contrast and dimension.
One section is manually wrapped and curled in one direction, while the neighboring section is wrapped in the opposite direction. This alternating pattern creates a beautiful contrast between each wave, giving the hair a lively and distinctive texture instead of a repetitive, uniform pattern.
The permanent wave begins approximately 3.5 inches from the roots, leaving the root area smoother and more natural-looking before flowing into the signature texture.
The result is neither a large body wave nor a small curly texture. It is a distinctive medium wave with a sensual, lively and individual personality.

A Permanent Wave Unlike Ordinary Waves
HAZEL is designed for women who want something different from a standard wavy wig.
The wave is permanently processed by hand, beginning approximately 3.5 inches from the roots.
Instead of curling every section in the same direction, our production team alternates the direction of the curl:
One section curls to one side.
The neighboring section curls in the opposite direction.
This creates a naturally contrasting pattern where the waves interact with each other instead of falling into one repetitive direction.
The result is more movement, more dimension and a more distinctive overall appearance.
A Unique Medium Wave
HAZEL sits beautifully between large body waves and small curls.
The wave is defined enough to show its unique pattern, but soft enough to maintain a feminine and wearable look.
Because each neighboring section moves in the opposite direction, the waves naturally cross and blend together. This gives the hair a lively, flowing appearance without looking stiff or overly uniform.

Middle Part by Default — Side Part Available
The default parting for HAZEL is a middle part.
The wig shown on our mannequin is styled with a middle part.
The model photos show HAZEL with a side part to demonstrate another styling option and how the permanent wave looks when swept to one side.
If you prefer the side-part look shown on the model, simply leave a note at checkout.
This allows us to prepare the wig according to your preferred parting.
Tested Through 20 Wash & Comb Cycles
Our factory conducted durability testing on the permanent wave, including 20 washing cycles and 20 combing cycles.
After repeated washing and combing, the wave remained well maintained during the test.
This testing was designed to evaluate how well the permanent wave holds up through repeated care and handling.
Actual results can vary depending on washing methods, products and daily care, but this testing gives us greater confidence in the durability of the wave processing.
How to Care for the Permanent Wave
To help preserve the original wave pattern, we recommend a gentle washing routine.
After washing:
- Gently comb and arrange the hair while it is wet.
- Avoid using a blow dryer to completely dry the hair.
- Lay the hair flat and allow it to air dry naturally.
- Once completely dry, gently arrange the waves with your fingers or a suitable wide-tooth comb.
Allowing the hair to dry naturally and flat helps the permanent wave return to its original shape and reduces unnecessary disturbance to the curl pattern.
5x5 & 13x6 HD Lace Options
Choose the lace design that fits your preferred styling:
5x5 HD Lace Closure
Allows up to a 3/7 parting and supports fully glueless wear.
13x6 HD Lace Front
Provides a larger lace area and free parting. Adhesive is recommended for the most secure and natural-looking result.
Both options use invisible 0.1mm HD lace.
100% Indian Virgin Human Hair
HAZEL is made with 100% Indian Virgin Human Hair.
The hair is soft, natural-looking and suitable for everyday wear while maintaining the distinctive permanent wave pattern.
Because HAZEL features a permanent wave, we recommend avoiding unnecessary high heat or aggressive chemical processing that could affect the original texture.
For heat styling, keep the temperature at or below 220°C / 428°F and always use a heat protectant.
Natural Hairline & Comfortable Cap
HAZEL features a pre-plucked hairline and pre-bleached knots for a more natural-looking appearance.
The cap includes:
- Adjustable silicone elastic band
- Adjustable straps
- Size adjustment hooks
- 4 combs — front, back and both sides
The standard cap size is M (22.5"). S (21.5") and L (23.5") are also available by note.
Baby hair is not pre-cut by default. If you would like baby hair trimmed before shipping, we can provide this service free of charge.
